Flavor Profile
Sabor del Sol is a crystalline reposado tequila that is difficult to describe, as each sip offers a unique experience. It is a complex tequila, with notes of cooked agave and green apple, a herbal touch on the palate, and a prolonged sweet aftertaste.
The notes of American oak, anise, vanilla, and caramel make each sip a new adventure for the palate, inviting it to be savored with delicacy and subtlety. Although smooth on the palate, its finish is both strong and subtle.
AROMA
The aroma of the tequila is very fresh, dominated by sweet notes of anise and vanilla, followed by hints of green fruits such as apple and grape. It does not produce a sharp alcoholic sensation in the nose; on the contrary, it invites you to smell it.
SENSATION
The sensation on the palate is smooth, without astringency, and with great body. However, when drunk, the experience resembles that of a blanco tequila, with that warmth and subtle alcoholic note that invite you to keep drinking. This tequila is designed and balanced to please both discerning palates that seek the fresh notes of agave and beginners who enjoy the sweet notes of bourbon.
BODY AND COLOR
The body is dense, with long, thick legs that slowly slide down the glass. The color is not completely crystalline, but rather a very subtle straw tone. This hue is part of the great flavor and aroma of the tequila, resulting from meticulous filtration with activated charcoal that removes only the color while maintaining the notes of the barrel and the agave.
